Our Story
Ivy Realty was born from a simple frustration with the old way of doing business. After owning and operating Open House Realty for a few years, I realized the traditional model wasn't serving agents or clients as well as it could. So I closed that chapter and launched IvyRealty.AI in April 2026 — a next-generation, AI-powered brokerage designed to help agents do more for less.
As a broker with 20+ years in real estate and property management, I've seen what works and what doesn't. As an agent, I cared about cost, training, efficiency, professionalism. We appreciate streamlined experiences and are sick of drudging the bureaucracy. I get it.
That experience, combined with my deep passion for solid investments, artificial intelligence and blockchain technology, led me to found 2MOON TECH. I build powerful tools with custom AI workflows, open-source innovation, and blockchain integration (including products like Munny.Pro and OnChainESign.App).
At Ivy Realty, I use that same cutting-edge technology to automate the busywork, so my agents can focus on what matters: building relationships and closing deals. We proudly serve clients across all of Maricopa County — Phoenix, Chandler, Goodyear, Scottsdale, and beyond.
