Ivy Realty is the trade name of IVY REALTY LLC, a licensed Arizona real estate brokerage. We’re not a lead website or a software company dabbling in housing — we’re a brokerage that happens to build its own tools.
After years of running a traditional brokerage, Ivy saw that the old model was costing agents too much and giving clients too little. In April 2026, that chapter closed and IvyRealty.AI opened: a brokerage designed from day one to raise the value for agents and clients while lowering the overhead that drives up everyone’s costs.
The idea is simple. Searching for a home should be as efficient as possible while working with someone who understands what you want, knows the market and answers when you ask. Our AI gives you that speed. Our licensed agents give you judgment, negotiation and accountability.

Ivy grew up in Phoenix, worked in real estate for a few years in Washington State, and has been back in Arizona full time for about 20 years. Across both markets she has bought, renovated and resold houses, condos and entire apartment communities, and has managed apartments, vacation rentals and investment properties — thousands of units in the Seattle and Phoenix metro areas.
That work ran through large property management companies and private investors, and through every kind of contract the business uses: residential sales, investment property, commercial space and day-to-day management.
Alongside the brokerage, Ivy founded 2Moon Tech, which builds software with Ai. The company built IvyRealty.Ai, OnChainESign.App, Munny.Pro, Agents for Agents, the brokerage CRM and marketing tools, Ivy Academy classes, AI lead-generation tools and the workflow automations behind daily operations. In 5 months, the roster has quadrupled with zero ad spend, all of the software is owned and 90% of workflows automated.

Because Ivy Realty owns those tools instead of renting them, it skips the monthly software subscriptions and paid lead services that raise a typical brokerage’s overhead, and passes the savings on to licensees and the public.
